This is a French company registered as an estate agency. We deal only with historic properties, primarily in the Loire Valley but sometimes also in other areas where our UK company finds interesting properties. 

AHF is a member of the French Estate Agents association SNPI and operates under "carte professionnelle" no 502. Our bilingual staff are happy to work with both French and English-speaking buyers and  to look for properties within this region. lf you are looking for properties in other parts of France or for legal assistance our English company will be happy to help you.

Our main office is in the centre of historic Chinon - to find us turn north by the statue of Rabelais on the banks of the river Vienne, a short distance from the bridge, pass the Hotel de Ville and you will be in place de la Fontaine. As the name suggests, there is a fountain in the centre of the square. Our office is in the top left corner of the square, a little set back, opposite the entrance to Hotel de France. For those coming by car there is nearby parking - go under the arch beside the Hotel de France for a public car park.

We open 9.30 to 18.00 Monday to Friday, normally remaining open during lunch hours.

We now have a second office in the centre of Ligueil - at 4 place de la République - which covers the region between Tours, Loches and Chatellerault. The office is run by Vera Taylor, and is open Saturday, Sunday and Monday and by appointment.
